Introduction to our Flipped Classroom

It is essential that you view podcasts and take effective notes by the date they are due. If you come to class unprepared, you will have to spend class time watching podcasts in order to catch up. Here’s why that’s a problem: All work done in class must be mastered, which means that it must be done 100% completely and 100% correctly. Any student not achieving this mastery during regular class time must come in on her/his own time, and the work will be considered late. Late work is accepted for partial credit but still must be mastered.

Your homework – watching the podcasts and taking effective notes – is your job.
